 Providing on time, relaxing services is our commitment. We make a reminder/confirmation call the evening prior to all appointments. If you prefer not to be called, please inform our front desk.

Policies
- Reservations are needed for all Spa Services. Walk-ins are possible for hair services but not recommended.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before a Spa service.
- We request 24 hours notice of cancellation for any hair or spa service and 48 hours notice for cancellation of all Spa packages.
- The Salon and Spa are for adults. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted unless they are having services. We cannot be responsible for their safety while you are having services.
- Most body treatments are clothing optional. Undergarments may be worn if desired. Most importantly, wear what is comfortable for you.
- Do not shave 24 hours prior to any exfoliating treatment.
- Skin care products and cosmetics are final sale.
- Gift cards must be presented at time of service. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase a new gift card.
